Inkpen residents and regular bookings are always given preference.  For example, regular Inkpen club events, which only use the kitchen for coffee and tea, are £15 per session (up to 3 hours) during weekdays.  New clubs are offered a trial rate of £2 per person for a limited period.  Private bookings on weekdays are £15 per hour.  Please see the Charges page for more information.

The marquee can be hired separately.

At 10m x 4m, the marquee can seat around 30 people at tables.

MOBILE LIBRARY – every 3 weeks on Thursday p.m.

West Berkshire Council’s mobile libraries service comes to Inkpen every 3 weeks on a Thursday afternoon.  The mobile library has a constantly changing collection of fiction and information books, including large print and audiobooks.  Library users can request specific titles or a selection of books on a particular subject.  The mobile library will also serve readers who are housebound and unable to come to a library for themselves.  The Mobile Library calls at Craven Road (2:10-2:30), The Village Hall (2:40-3:00), and Inkpen School (3:15-4:00).  See map for details of where stops are.  Dates are posted on the Events side panel, on the Welcome page.
